Have an issue with your order? Here's what we do:

🔴 Product is damaged or has a print error?

Email us at kontakt@hauhaustyle.com with a description and photos. After verification, we'll send you a new product free of charge. No need to return anything.

🟡 Product didn't meet your expectations?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us at kontakt@hauhaustyle.com — we'll provide the return address. Once we receive the item, we'll refund you to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

🟢 Want a different size or design?

The fastest option: place a new order for the correct product and return the original one.

Details & Exceptions

Return conditions: unused, with tags, in original condition + proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: used products, sale items, gift cards.

Refund timeline: 10 business days from receiving the item. If after 15 business days you still haven't received it — email kontakt@hauhaustyle.com.
